Before your first Fundamentals class, you'll have an orientation with one of our instructors. They'll familiarize you with some of the most important Jiu Jitsu movements. Then you'll hop into class and learn the technique of the week, drilling with a partner. No live sparring on your first visit - we keep it safe and fun!

Get ready for a fun, fast-paced workout. You'll be punching and kicking pads, learning basic striking combinations interspersed with calisthenic movements.

Your child will enjoy a class filled with drill-based games and top-notch technique. Our friendly, energetic kids' instructors will get your child acquainted with the class structure. They'll be with other kids who are similar in age and experience. Larger classes always have multiple instructors to ensure that each child gets enough individual attention.
