Before your first Fundamentals class, you'll have an orientation with one of our instructors. They'll familiarize you with some of the most important Jiu Jitsu movements. Then you'll hop into class, and learn the technique of the week, drilling with a partner. No live sparring on your first visit - we keep it safe and fun!
